Your doctor should test to confirm the master VHS. Without this simple test, secure and fast, it's just a guess at what you have. It seems strange that he did not do the work.
And you can not catch herpes from sexual activity reporting, including oral sex, or just rubbing against each other.
Herpes is applied through the skin against the skin, but. This would not have chosen a toilet seat or a towel. And the situation is genital herpes just by kissing someone in the mouth. You need the skin.
I suspect that the obstetrician-gynecologist would be more familiar with sexually transmitted diseases, and might be able to give better advice from aGP. And as a man can not have a relationship with an obstetrician-gynecologist. I like going to a specialist of some kind - a urologist, a family planning clinic or an obstetrician-gynecologist. Of course, your doctor will not only sexually transmitted diseases. And you need some tips.

Well, you raise the questions, only questions? Why should HSV2? Do you have the blood test and viral culture? And what do you sexually active? As in, you were not in physical contact with another person in any way?
Who I think you can contract HSV is the vagina of an infected mother, it is likely that only now experienced the first symptoms.
It is difficult to answer unequivocally, without further detail ...
The really hard to say? I mean, you have no visible cuts, sores or blisters anywhere? What people do not know is that sexual activity does not necessarily mean that having sex .. that oral sex can cause. the person may be a type of herpes 2 Carrier, and gave it to you through oral sex. You never know, I suggest you talk to your doctor about a type of herpes 1 a.m.-2 p.m. blood tests to detect antibodies. They say that running the test 3 months after exposure to the real score, but I would take 1 Anways. Because when you feel like it something that is scary, because now feels knows what to do. I have the feeling exposed, even though no symptoms or signs or anything. I'm afraid to me with someone bc I do not know if I will have this stupid shyt.
HoweYou see, if you never did for oral, vaginal, anal .. This can only be an infected hair follicle / Red bump of any kind! I do not know how your doctor "something thought out, with no real answers / results of tests .. You might find another doctor!
